The Gun Show is a collection of posters for sale to promote gun safety.  Artists from around the country have contributed posters to join the national conversation about guns, and support the efforts to reduce violence. As I create these posters to support gun violence, I am reminded of all forms of violence. Here's just a few types and examples. EMOTIONAL VIOLENCE Jealousy, intimidation, behavior intended to control, or behavior to establish power and maintain control, humiliating or belittling you in front of others, destroying possessions and more... PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE Destruction of your personal property, aggression and constant humiliation, threats of violence and more... FINANCIAL ABUSE Destruction of your personal property, refusal to contribute financially to family, denying access to basic needs and more... SPIRITUAL VIOLENCE Example, using your religious or spiritual beliefs to manipulate, dominate or control you to serve, isolation and more... SEXUAL VIOLENCE Denial of a women's sexuality, unfounded allegations of promiscuity and or infidelity,  hypocritical judgment of others and more...
